My wish is that you are thrilled with your purchase. I have taken great amounts of time and love in creating the art I offer. I do not recreate exact copies of my work. If I make additional works in a series or offer variations; they are exactly that, variations. My work is all hand created by me, no patterns, molds or preforms have been used.
Returns Cancellations~
I do not accept Returns or cancellations on orders.
Unfortunately I cannot make trades for another item if you change your mind once you have made a purchase and or made deposit/payment on Art.
~Items damaged in shipping. Much care is taken in packing your Art Doll for a safe trip. All orders are insured through USPS for domestic orders or an individual insurance provider for international orders.
If an item is damaged in shipment please contact me asap, we can work out an alternative either by replacement or repair.

Installment payments are offered through Shopify Installments/Affirm and are at the time of checkout.
LuLu's Layaway New Terms 5/19/2024 The Terms are for 45 days
1. 50% non refundable layaway deposit is due on the day of purchase.
2. The terms are for 45 days.
You have 45 days to pay the balance.
3. You can have up to 3 active in good standing layaways at a time.
4. Deposits and Balances not paid by midnight Pst. on the day they are due will be cancelled. The layaway will be considered abandoned and the art doll will be relisted for sale.
Future layaway privileges will be revoked.
Important.
**Layaways can not be traded for another doll nor can deposits be transferred to another doll.
Shipping~~~~~~~~~
~Art Dolls Ship within 2-4 days of payment received Monday thru Thursday. Friday through Sunday orders will be shipped out Monday, excluding major Holidays.
****Please note International Delivery times can vary greatly, several weeks is not unusual. If your art doll is being held in Customs, it is usually best to contact them as your country may impose VAT, customs, taxes and or other fees that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
I do not calculate or collect these fees nor do I know what will be assessed for fees.

Orders over $300 usd may be shipped with signature confirmation US only.
