Jack Frost is approx. 16" height not including his giant hat. He wears tattered fabrics of flannel and silk. A knitted faux snow and "sugared" scarf floats around his neck. His vest is created from stripey silk with tiny snowflake buttons. His black top hat is made from felt with a dusting of "snow". His ice skates are hand sculpted and covered in matching fabrics. He holds a bag of "snow" with resin snowflakes. His snowman staff is hand sculpted and has silk ribbons and a felt top hat.
He travels with his frozen lake doll stand ;) and is removable from it.
