PennyWise is approx. 17" height ~He has wired limbs and can hold a pose. He wears tattered lawn fabric that has been stained with tiny vintage red and white braid trim. tiny pom poms on his costuming and he holds a vintage red balloon. His giant clown shoes are hand painted and he stands on a watery painted wood doll stand with tiny paper boat ;)
